The rail mount adapter for the RAM-114BMU base; this adapter joins to base plates with the screws provided and turns the flat base into a rail base. The adapter is a U shape, so it can wrap around a tube mount and the clamp by joining to the flat base. Compatible with 7/8″ – 1″ round rails, and 1″ square rails.

I’m really happy with my RAM Mount. The construction really offers next level quality for mounts as the way in which it is designed allows for maximum adjustment while once it is locked down, minimum movement.
